Payment

​

Payment can be made by bank transfer. An invoice with the details will be sent to your email address, kindly ensure you make payment as soon as you receive the invoice.

​

For all non-wedding cakes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of the date the cake is required or full payment if you order less than 7 days.

 

For all wedding cakes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 6 months of the date the cake is required. Final payment is required 4 weeks to required cake date. Full payment is required if you order less than 4 months to the date the cake is required.

The deposit secures your booking. Only once the deposit has been received will your order be confirmed. I will hold your date no later than one week after booking. After this time your date is not guaranteed and will be made available to other customers.

​

All designs can be adapted. If you can't see exactly what you are looking for please email cakes@debbiesbakehut.co.uk and I'm sure together we can create something special for you.

Collection & Delivery

​

COLLECTION

​​Cupcakes and Cupcake Bouquets are not available to post and are normally collected by the client at a prearranged time. If you are collecting, kindly ensure you collect at the prearranged time on the specified date otherwise I may not be available. Once collected, the order becomes your responsibility. I cannot be held responsible for any damages that happen once the cake(s) have left the premises. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer to confirm you are happy with your order. I would recommend the cake(s) travel flat in the footwell of a car on in an empty boot on a non-slip mat. Do not place cakes on the car seat or someones lap as the cake could become damaged. Celebration Cakes can also be delivered to the local areas for an extra fee.

DELIVERY

​​This is available to the local area at an extra cost. The cost will depend on your location and cake design.Delivery can be made to surrounding areas of Croydon, Beckenham, Penge, Norwood and Crystal Palace.
