Every wedding cake I create tells a story — from the moment a couple shares their theme and colours, to the final flourish of sugar flowers on the morning of their wedding.

What I love most about cake design is the connection. Each couple’s story is different, and my goal is to translate that into a beautiful centrepiece that feels personal and timeless.

I still remember my very first wedding cake — simple, elegant, and made with more heart than experience. That moment sparked something that’s now become my passion and my purpose: crafting cakes that bring joy and become part of cherished memories.

Behind every smooth layer of ganache and every handmade petal is hours of care, creativity, and dedication — but seeing my couples’ faces when they see their cake for the first time makes it all worth it.
